The dashboard
Seventeen cards. Each person picks their own.
A rep opens Pipeline to their reminders and the five personal cards. A manager sees the same page with twelve more: the money, the team, and everything that is going stale. Everyone drags their own cards into their own order, and an administrator can switch any card off for the whole company.

The won wizard
No deal closes on a guess.
Pick the winning quotation. Confirm or adjust the lines. Enter the real cost per unit and the real freight paid. Review revenue, cost and margin. Confirm. The lead is now won, frozen for everyone but an administrator, with a line-by-line financial record that every report downstream is built on.
How it works
Pipeline, end to end.
-
01
Load customers and contacts — by hand, or from a CSV with a four-step import
-
02
Build the product catalogue: part number, title, cost and selling price
-
03
Create a lead against a company and a named contact, classified by six lists you control
-
04
Work it: comments, notes, attachments, reminders — every action in an activity trail
-
05
Quote it from the catalogue by part number; export the quotation or the proforma invoice as PDF
-
06
Win it through a five-step wizard that records actual cost and freight — or lose it, with a reason
What's inside
Not a pipeline view. The whole sale, to the number.
Leads and the lead workspace
A leads list with active, won and lost tabs, ten filter groups, 21 columns you can hide and reorder, and in-place editing of status and assignee. Inside a lead: a full activity timeline showing who changed what from what to what, comments, notes, drag-and-drop attachments up to 10 MB, and follow-up reminders with quick +1, +2, +3 and +5 day chips.
Quotations and proforma invoices
Line items are found by part number against your own catalogue — free-text lines are refused, so you never quote something you do not sell. Each line’s title is editable per quote. One export menu gives you the quotation PDF and the proforma invoice with nothing re-keyed. A quote priced in dirhams reprints in USD, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR at rates you maintain.
The "mark as won" wizard
A lead cannot be marked won until you choose which quotation won it, confirm or adjust the lines, and enter the actual cost per unit and the actual freight paid. Pipeline then records revenue, total cost, margin in money and margin as a percentage, line by line, as a permanent record. Every profit figure in the reports comes from numbers a person stood behind.
Reports you can click into
Five tabs — Overview, Leads, Products, Quotes, Companies — with 26 metrics and 20 charts. Click any bar or segment on the six leads charts and the underlying deals appear in a list you can export. A report builder lets you drag from around 184 fields across 15 record types, filter with eleven operators, group, sort, export to Excel or CSV, and save the result as a template shared with named colleagues.
Dashboards that fit the role
Seventeen cards — five personal, twelve for managers — that each person picks and orders for themselves: my leads, my untouched leads, financial summary, team performance, team overdue reminders, recently won and lost. A sticky reminders panel groups everything due into overdue, today and upcoming.
Your vocabulary, your data
Eight lists — statuses, sources, countries, product types, brands, customer types, company types, reminder intervals — are yours to rewrite, reorder and retire without a developer. A four-step CSV import for companies-with-contacts, products and leads maps your columns, lets you fix broken rows in place, resolves duplicates, and hands you a success file and an error file.
The difference
It goes all the way to the number.
Most mid-market CRMs stop at a pipeline view and a value somebody typed in. Pipeline carries the deal into a quotation from your real catalogue, out as a proforma invoice, and back as margin the salesperson had to enter and confirm — then lets you click a chart segment and read the deals behind it.

Questions
Asked about Pipeline.
Can two teams run their own CRM without seeing each other’s deals?
Yes, and that is how it is used in production today. Each copy of Pipeline has its own data, its own settings and its own user list. A person granted access to one copy has none to the other unless you grant it separately.
How does Pipeline work out profit on a deal?
It asks. A lead cannot be marked won until you choose the winning quotation and enter the actual cost per unit for each line plus the freight you actually paid. From that it calculates revenue, total cost, margin amount and margin percentage and stores the line items as a permanent record.
Can I send a proforma invoice, not just a quotation?
Yes. Both export from the same quote as separate, correctly labelled PDFs with your company block, terms and payment terms. A quote priced in dirhams can print in six other regional currencies at rates you maintain.
What can a salesperson see?
Their own leads — the ones they created or were assigned — in the list, every report and every export. A department manager sees every lead belonging to companies in their departments. Companies, contacts and the product catalogue are shared reference data, visible to everyone working in that copy.
Can we bring our existing customer list in?
Yes. Companies with their contacts, products, and leads, from CSV. The wizard maps your columns, shows you incomplete rows to fix on the spot, finds duplicates against your file and your existing records, and returns a success file and an error file.
Shared with every Ovvos tool
One login, one look. The same frame, lists, alerts, light and dark mode and two densities across the whole platform. Learn one tool and you know them all.
One inbox. Anything that needs a person — a new lead, a leave request, a failed check — lands in one platform-wide inbox with a link straight to the record.
Your company only. Every screen, report and export is limited to your own company, enforced on every request — not by hiding buttons.
Your own copy. Most tools are generated per department: name it, choose its icon, grant your people. Two teams can run the same tool and never see each other's data.
