Claim

Partner deal registration

Deal registration your partners will actually use.

Partners register the deals they are chasing in a portal of their own. Your team verifies each one, locks it to its owner, and approves the price.

Claim is partner deal registration for companies that sell through resellers, distributors and integrators. Partners sign into a passwordless portal, describe the deal — end customer, products, quantities, the price they need — and submit. Your team verifies it, locks it to that partner for a set period, and approves special pricing line by line, with a snapshot of your standard and end-user prices at that moment.

Owner, clock, price

Whose deal is this? Written down.

A partner types their registration ID, gets a six-digit code by email, and registers the deal. Your team verifies it and approves a lock with a start and an expiry. Every approved price is stored with a snapshot of your standard and end-user prices at that instant — so when the price list changes next quarter, the deal still explains itself.

Partners never see your systems, never see each other’s deals, and only see the notes your team deliberately marked partner-visible.

How it works

Claim, end to end.

  1. 01

Register a partner company and its contacts; issue their registration ID

  2. 02

The partner opens the portal, types the ID, and enters a six-digit code sent to their email

  3. 03

They register a deal: end customer, segment, line items, the price they need to win

  4. 04

Your team verifies it, asks for more information, or approves the lock with a start and expiry

  5. 05

Pricing is approved per line against their tier, storing the standard and end-user prices at that instant

  6. 06

Every action — yours and the partner’s — lands in one timeline on the deal

What's inside

Whose deal is this, and what price do they get — as a record.

The partner portal

No password to issue, reset or leak. A partner types the registration ID you gave them, receives a single-use six-digit code by email, and is in for a day. Four independent rate limits protect the login. They see only their own deals, and only the notes your team deliberately marked partner-visible. Your logo on their screens, and a portal address of your own.

Locks

Approving a lock stamps a start and an expiry on the deal and records who approved it. Deals and partners are numbered from their region — UAE-PR-000001, UAE-PJ-2026-000001 — so a code read out on a phone call is unambiguous. Ten deal statuses and six formal decision types are recorded per deal.

Pricing

Set a special price on a specific product on a specific deal, and Claim stores what your standard tier price and end-user price were at that moment with the discount against each — so the decision is still explainable months later. Or override the partner’s standing tier for one deal and let every line follow. Price lists carry a region, a currency and effective dates.

Documents, settings and the trail

Bills of quantity, RFPs, quotes and competitor quotes attach to the deal in private storage. Lock lengths, regions and currencies, segments, tiers and price lists are yours to set. Every action is logged with actor, side and timestamp.

The difference

No partner password. Ever.

Most deal-registration products start at enterprise pricing and require you to run a login system for people who do not work for you. Claim’s partners never get a password — a registration ID and an emailed code get them in, and every request is re-checked against the company that code was issued to.

Questions

Asked about Claim.

Do my partners need an Ovvos account?

No. They are not users of your system and never see it. They open a link, type the registration ID you issued, and confirm a code sent to their registered email. The session lasts a day.

Can two partners register the same customer?

Yes — Claim lets both deals in, because deciding which one is genuine is a commercial judgement, not a database rule. What it gives you is the evidence: both deals, with timestamps, line items and the full history. Your team locks the one that wins.

What happens when a lock expires?

The expiry date is stored on the deal, shown to the partner as a countdown, and counted on your dashboard under "expiring soon". Closing out an expired deal is a deliberate action your team takes.

How are special prices kept honest over time?

When a price is approved, Claim stores it with a snapshot of your standard tier price and end-user price at that instant, and the discount against each. Change the price list next quarter and the approved deal still explains itself.

Shared with every Ovvos tool

One login, one look. The same frame, lists, alerts, light and dark mode and two densities across the whole platform. Learn one tool and you know them all.

One inbox. Anything that needs a person — a new lead, a leave request, a failed check — lands in one platform-wide inbox with a link straight to the record.

Your company only. Every screen, report and export is limited to your own company, enforced on every request — not by hiding buttons.

Your own copy. Most tools are generated per department: name it, choose its icon, grant your people. Two teams can run the same tool and never see each other's data.

Register a deal as a partner would.

We give you a registration ID during the demo and you go through the portal yourself — code, deal, line items — while we approve it on the other screen.
