Domain verification
Publish the records. Watch them turn green.
One button registers your domain with the email provider. The page lists every DNS record with a copy button and checks each one live from the server until it has propagated. A campaign cannot be scheduled from a domain that is not verified — and your reputation at the provider is measured on your sending alone.
Then, while it sends: five parallel lanes, each recipient claimed once, two retries before an address is set aside, and a full stop at a 3.5% bounce rate.
How it works
Outreach, end to end.
-
01
Run the guided setup: connect a CRM copy, add a sender identity, verify your domain
-
02
Publish the DNS records it lists — the one step outside Ovvos — and watch each turn green
-
03
Build a list from conditions on any CRM field, from a file, or from pasted addresses
-
04
Design a template; the preview is the inbox, merge tags filled and CSS inlined
-
05
Simulate the campaign, test-send to up to ten addresses, submit it for approval
-
06
Schedule it; sending halts by itself if the bounce rate reaches 3.5%
What's inside
The sending infrastructure, and the reporting that says whether it worked.
Your own sending identity
Each copy of Outreach gets its own verified sending domain and its own isolated reputation at the email provider, so another company’s bad list can never affect your inbox placement. One button registers the domain; the page lists every DNS record with a copy button and checks each one live from the server until it propagates. A campaign cannot be scheduled from an unverified domain.
Lists that keep themselves current
A CRM-backed list is a set of conditions over your companies or contacts — every reseller in the UAE — re-derived whenever the data changes, nightly, and on demand. Import a contact file and a conflict review shows stored, incoming and merged values side by side; a blank cell never erases a real value. Every unsubscribe, hard bounce and spam complaint suppresses the address for every future campaign.
The designer
Ten block types, four section layouts and twenty email-safe font stacks. Any section can carry its own mobile padding, stacking order and visibility. On save the design compiles to email that survives every client, with a plain-text alternative and one-click unsubscribe headers. What you approve is what lands, because the preview and the send share one renderer.
Sending that protects you
Five parallel sending lanes claim each recipient once, so nobody is emailed twice. Failures retry at 30 minutes and 2 hours before an address is set aside; 25 failures in a row stop the run. A campaign halts automatically at a 3.5% bounce rate — well before a provider would act — and the person who sent it is told why. The provider’s bounce and complaint notices are signature-verified before they are trusted.
Analytics that reach the mailbox
A funnel from sent through delivered, opened and clicked; a deliverability view with bounce reasons; per-recipient-domain performance so you can see which mailbox provider is the problem; and a top-clicked-links report. Open any recipient and see every campaign they were sent and what happened to it.
The difference
The preview is the inbox.
Previews and test sends are produced by the same renderer as the real campaign — same merge tags, same inlined styles, same plain-text alternative, same compliance footer. And because your domain’s reputation is measured on your behaviour alone, one careless sender elsewhere can never cost you your inbox placement.

These connections ship in the product. Nothing to install, no middleware. Where a connection is not listed, it does not exist yet.
Questions
Asked about Outreach.
Do I need my own email service or an Amazon account?
No. Outreach registers your sending domain with the email provider for you and shows the DNS records to publish. You publish them at your domain provider — that is the only step outside Ovvos — and the tool checks them for you.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
That depends on your domain and your list, which is why both are made visible. Your domain gets proper authentication with live checks, every email carries a plain-text alternative and one-click unsubscribe headers, and your reputation is isolated at the provider so it reflects only your own sending.
What happens if a lot of my addresses are bad?
The campaign stops itself. Outreach watches the bounce rate while it sends, halts at 3.5%, and tells the person who sent it so the list can be cleaned before resuming.
Where do the mailing lists come from?
From your own CRM in Ovvos, from a file you upload, or from addresses you paste. A CRM-backed list is a set of conditions rather than a snapshot, so it keeps itself current.
Who can send?
Anyone with access can build lists, design templates and prepare campaigns. Approving and scheduling is restricted to managers and directors; settings, sender identities and the suppression list are director-level.
Shared with every Ovvos tool
One login, one look. The same frame, lists, alerts, light and dark mode and two densities across the whole platform. Learn one tool and you know them all.
One inbox. Anything that needs a person — a new lead, a leave request, a failed check — lands in one platform-wide inbox with a link straight to the record.
Your company only. Every screen, report and export is limited to your own company, enforced on every request — not by hiding buttons.
Your own copy. Most tools are generated per department: name it, choose its icon, grant your people. Two teams can run the same tool and never see each other's data.
